Hello Fellow Enthusiasts!

Does anyone of you have any detailed blueprints or drawings of the dashboard-panel around the gauges that came on the Tuckers?
Or do you know anyone who has?

I've just bought myself one of the Tucker Moviecar-Replicas. And as some of you maybe knows, they weren't delivered with alots of detailed parts! My second problem is that I live in Norway, so there isn't any original Tuckers around that I can study for details.

I've also read that Preston planned to deliver his cars with an one-spoke-steering wheel! Does anyone of you also have a picture/drawing of how he wanted his steering wheel to look like?

if you can help me with any of my problems, mail me at: kvipt@hotmail.com

Thank you very much

Sir:
Congratulations on your new acquisition of Tucker replica parts! Now your big adventure begins!
As far as drawings of the instrument panel around the Tucker steering wheel is concerned, I think your best bet is to contact Phil Egan, the one primarily responsible for that design. He wrote a great book called "Design and Destiny: The Making of the Tucker Automobile". Perhaps you have a copy? On pages 83 - 85, Mr. Egan tells of designing the control panel. On page 86 you will find a drawing of the steering wheel that Mr. Egan designed for the Tucker, which was not used. I hope this helps you. Best wishes for a successful completion of your Tucker!
